Many PGA and LPGA professionals have become Frankly/PGA Certified Putting Instructors (CPIs) enabling their students and their business to be more successful, providing a new service at their golf clubs.
When asked, 93% of golfers indicated that they would take a putting lesson from a Frankly/PGA Certified Putting Instructor, and in addition our research shows that golfers taking a lesson from a CPI improve their self rating of their putting from a 4/10 to a 7/10 after their first lesson.
The Certified Putting Instructor (CPI) Course, is a certification based on scientific principles offered by U.S. based Frankly Golf in collaboration with the PGA and the LPGA with the goal of helping golfers putt better, adding an extra dimension to the services that the golf professional can deliver.
In reflecting on the unique service and expertise that CPI’s are delivering to their clubs and their students, Frank Thomas, founder of Frankly Golf, former longtime USGA Technical Director and inventor of the graphite shaft, said,
